Please complete the form below to help the organising committee plan your transfer from the airport 
to your hotel.

These services are only available to participants booked with our Partner Hotels.

Transport facilities from the airport to the Partner Hotels will be provided only on the 12th and 13th of May 2026.

 

You are also entitled to return transfers from the Partner Hotels to the Airport after the Conference, on 
17th and 18th May 2026.
